Job Summary
The Recruiter at Clear Channel Outdoor is responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring qualified talent to support the organization's hiring needs. This role manages the full-cycle recruiting process, builds strong candidate pipelines, partners with hiring managers to identify top talent, and delivers a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter ensures hiring activities are completed efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies, processes, and employment guidelines. Lead full-cycle recruitment for sales positions (i.e. outside sales, inside sales, account executives, sales support), managing the hiring process from requisition intake through the new hire’s first day. Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, offering market insights, hiring trends, and guidance to help attract and hire the best talent. Build sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract both active and passive candidates using networking, referrals, social media, talent mapping, and other sourcing methods. Lead hiring strategy meetings, interview pre-briefs, candidate debriefs, and offer discussions to ensure an efficient, consistent, and high-quality selection process. Partner with HRBPs, Compensation, Hiring Managers, and business leaders to prepare offers, negotiate compensation, and facilitate a positive candidate experience. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions. Track recruiting metrics and use hiring data to improve sourcing efforts, candidate quality, and time-to-fill. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies. Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruiting processes and interviewing best practices. Represent the organization at networking events, career fairs, industry associations, and community outreach activities to strengthen employer brand and expand talent pipelines. Manage assigned requisition workload while meeting established recruiting service level expectations and KPIs. Participate in Talent Acquisition projects focused on process improvement, technology optimization, employer branding, workforce planning, and strategic recruiting activities.
Job Qualifications
Education
and Certifications Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience. Work
Experience
Minimum of two years’ experience as a recruiter in a multi-state company.
Experience
recruiting sales talent, including outside sales, inside sales, account executives, sales leadership, and other revenue-generating roles.
Experience
partnering with hiring managers and business leaders, influencing hiring strategies and delivering consultative solutions. Sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, and industry networks or other innovative sourcing techniques.
Experience
with competency-based and behavioral-based interviews. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday Recruiting experience is preferred.
Experience
interpreting recruiting metrics and market data to drive continuous process improvements and influence hiring decisions is preferred. Skills
Experience
creating sourcing strategies and recruiting for sales roles. (outside sales, inside sales, account executives), Familiarity with the sales process (lead generation, prospecting, negotiating, closing deals). Strong interviewing, candidate evaluation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to present job opportunities persuasively and collaborate with hiring managers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
