THE ROLE The Premium In-Seat Runner provides elevated food and beverage service to premium seating guests, ensuring a first-class hospitality experience throughout events. Essential
Responsibilities
Deliver food and beverages directly to premium seating guests. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and promotions. Provide exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns. Assist with setup and breakdown of premium service areas. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
Previous hospitality or food service experience preferred. Strong communication and guest service skills. Ability to work effectively in crowded event environments. Ability to stand and walk for long periods. Continuous walking and standing. Lift and carry trays weighing up to 30 pounds. Navigate stairs and crowded concourses. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This is a part-time, event-based role based at Pechanga Arena San Diego. COMPENSATION This position's compensation is $21.95 per hour, not including tips.
