Be the First to Apply Job Description FTC- Ecommerce Sales Operations;We are seeking an FTC (Fixed-Term Contract) Ecommerce Sales Operations professional to support and optimize our online sales channels. This role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of e-commerce strategies, contributing to increased sales and an enhanced customer experience across our digital platforms. Job Responsibilities:** * Manage and maintain product listings, pricing, and promotional activities across various e-commerce platforms. * Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. * Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. * Implement and track performance of digital marketing campaigns and promotional offers. * Assist in the development and execution of e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth. * Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability on e-commerce channels. * Provide regular reports on e-commerce performance to management. * Stay updated on e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices. * Support the resolution of customer queries and issues related to online orders. * Ensure compliance with all e-commerce platform guidelines and company policies. Job Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. * Proven experience (0-1 years) in e-commerce sales operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry. * Strong understanding of various e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces. * Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics). * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Prior experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
