This role partners closely with project managers, product owners, finance, and technology teams to ensure funding is accurately tracked, milestones are met, and release packages meet quality and governance standards. Responsibilities
Delivery & Milestone Tracking Track and maintain project plans, key milestones, dependencies, and delivery dates across multiple initiatives Monitor progress against committed timelines and flag risks, issues, and slippage early Support integrated release planning across projects and teams Coordinate end-to-end testing across environments: Collaborate with Development, QA, SIT, and DAT teams to plan, schedule, and execute end-to-end testing as required, ensuring alignment on test scenarios, data readiness, defect triage, and successful validation across all stages of the delivery lifecycle. Funding & Financial Tracking Track approved funding, forecasts, actuals, and burn rates at the project and portfolio level Support budget change requests, funding reconciliations, and variance analysis Partner with finance and delivery leads to ensure financial data is accurate and current Release Package Review & Governance Coordinate and review release packages to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with delivery and operational standards Validate that required documentation (scope, testing evidence, risk approvals, operational readiness, etc.) is in place prior to release Support stage gates, checkpoints, and release approval forums Reporting & Insights Prepare regular delivery status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries Provide clear insights on schedule, cost, scope, risks, and dependencies Maintain delivery artifacts in accordance with team and enterprise standards Stakeholder Coordination Act as a liaison between delivery teams, operations, and governance bodies Support meetings, forums, and reviews with agendas, materials, and follow-ups Ensure actions, decisions, and commitments are documented and tracked Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, reporting, and tooling Support adoption of standardized delivery practices and templates Required
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in project delivery, PMO, delivery analytics, or a similar role Strong experience tracking budgets, forecasts, and delivery milestones
Experience
supporting release management or delivery governance processes Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or enterprise reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Jira, Clarity, Azure DevOps, or similar) Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
in technology, digital, or enterprise transformation initiatives Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models
Experience

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
