We’re looking for a Wholesale Account Manager, successfully driving sales and implementing a sustainable growth strategy with wholesale accounts. The jobholder is mainly responsible for maintaining relationship with existing accounts (80% scope) and finding opportunities to grow new business development (20%). About Job Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Fostering an ongoing dialogue with the accounts (multi-chain retailers, online, independent retailers), gaining access to key decision makers, keeping abreast of the customer’s business goals to establish a long-term relationship and to make them advocates of our offering. Regularly supporting the customer through delivery and implementation processes and conducts effective success reviews with the customer, including regular national store visits. Taking accountability for revenue growth, budgets and forecasts accuracy, new business conversions, applying commercial thinking to margins and pricing. Anticipating risks, identifying opportunities and developing innovative solutions to help accounts achieve strategic business objectives. Looking for new business opportunities and customers aligned with the wholesale strategy to ensure that the pipeline is always full. Assessing the potential value of new and existing account and taking a systematic approach to convert the potential into sales. About You You are an ideal candidate if you have: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role; ideally within jewellery &accessories. Exceptional communication skills, ability to persuade and influence. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. Ideally London-based or within a commutable distance to London Area. Commercial awareness with ability to think outside the box. Willingness to travel. Proactive, energetic and hands-on working attitude. Working knowledge of Excel; previous experience in SAP would be considered an advantage.
