Job description

Your Impact @ Chanel As a Fashion Marketing Intern in Boutique, you will play a key role in supporting marketing activities, animating client communication and organizing events for the Geneva Fashion boutique. You will help reinforce the client experience and ensure the excellence of CHANEL’s image in Geneva Your Missions Client Communication & Engagement Consolidate communication needs for each collection (physical and digital tools). Ensure coordination of Client marketing campaign, following market recommendations, supporting Sales team (FA) and following up their 1-to-1 communication (Digital and Print). Support the roll-out of mailing campaigns and gifting strategies, their communication to the teams & follow up Events & Client

Experience

Support implementation of the client activation calendar and events organization (cocktails, boutique experiences, collection launches). Contribute to event logistics: invitations, gifting, suppliers coordination, communication assets, post-event follow-up. Consolidate feedback and conduct competitive monitoring of the city. Assist the Hospitality team in elevating Client

Experience

in boutique and rolling-out in boutique services. Follow & Animate the team around our monitoring tools for Client

Experience

Pulse index & Voice of clients Profile Master’s level student (business school or university), with a strong interest in fashion and luxury Previous experience (internship or project) in marketing, events, or client data analysis Excellent analytical skills (KPI, CRM, reporting) Proficiency in Excel Highly organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous Proactive, team player, with strong interpersonal skills Fluent in French and English. (Starting date asap) Internship conditions An internship agreement is mandatory for this position and must meet the following conditions: • The internship must be part of your study program. • The internship must be required for the completion of your degree. • The internship must be validated by the award of academic credits.
