What you can expect looking at the different marketing profiles: As a Product Marketing Intern, you will work with our global team to bring meaningful innovations that enhance consumer experiences. You’ll collaborate to translate market and consumer insights into winning product concepts, support the development of new products, and work with global teams on product launches from idea to market introduction. As an Analytics and Insights intern, you will support the Ratings and Reviews function by deriving actionable insights and reporting for global, regional, and business category teams, as well as for PH leadership and innovation teams, utilizing Ratings and Reviews tools such as Wonderflow, an advanced AI-powered tool. As a Marketing and Communication intern you will work on content management & creation for the Messaging & Content team; develop marketing communications content and optimize the internal communication platforms, including Philips Assets library, to ensure and improve adoption of the marketing materials. As a Marketing Technology & Analytics intern you’ll support global marketing initiatives that drive operational efficiency, campaign effectiveness, and digital excellence. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about marketing technology, process improvement, and data-driven storytelling. You're the right fit if: You are currently studying towards your Bachelor or Master in: Marketing, Media & Design, Marketing Data Analytics, Business Information Management, Business Analytics Management, Business Economics, Business Administration or Business Management, International Business or related study You have a customer-first attitude and purpose to make life better A commercial, growth mindset Demonstrate great inter-personal and communication skills and are a strong collaborator Are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and can do mentality – eager, ambitious, with good organizational skills Have business fluency in English – for some positions Dutch might be required Recruitment process: When you pass the resume screening check, you will be invited for an online assessment & video interview. We are not able to share the outcome of this assessment but will use this as extra selection criteria. When we think that you are a fit with one of the open marketing internships, we share your resume with the managers that have an internship available. If a manager(s) is interested in meeting you, you will be contacted by our colleagues from the scheduling team to schedule an interview. When there is a mutual fit, the contracting will start. We offer you: A non-stop growth opportunity within Marketing and Communication but also within a global multinational company. In addition, we also want to renumerate you well for the opportunity. This includes: Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on your education level and if you need to relocate to The Netherlands. Part-time internships receive the allowance pro-rata. Housing compensation. Should you need to relocate to near our office, we’ll offer you a monthly allowance of €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. To be eligible, we’ll just ask for the rental contract from your landlord, and your usual home-work travel distance needs to be more than 50 km or 1.5 hours of travel time (for a one way trip). Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192,- net as a monthly allowance. Paid holidays per internship term.
