Sobre a Oportunidade: A Alcoa está buscando por Técnica(o) de Manutenção Especialista (Equipamentos Móveis e Guindaste) para integrar nosso time na unidade Alumar em São Luís do Maranhão sendo o responsável por: Suporte técnico e treinamento da equipe de manutenção em equipamentos móveis e guindastes; Orientação em inspeções, diagnósticos de falhas, ajustes mecânicos, lubrificação e substituição de componentes; Apoio na implementação de melhorias contínuas em processos e procedimentos de manutenção; Suporte ao planejamento e programação das atividades de manutenção preventiva e corretiva; Atuação como responsável pela análise de inspeções, avaliação da criticidade e riscos das falhas identificadas; Interface direta com as áreas de Engenharia, Planejamento e Gestão, visando aumentar a confiabilidade, segurança e disponibilidade dos equipamentos. O que você pode oferecer para a função: Formação Técnico em Mecânica/Eletromecânica com CFT ativo; Saber trabalhar com grandes demandas de manutenção e ter raciocínio analítico para detectar problemas nas programações e analisar possíveis falhas nos KPIs da manutenção; Experiência em manutenção na área portuária – diferencial com equipamentos móveis e guindastes; Conhecimento em Pacote Office.
