Concord Hospital Walk-In Primary Care Concord Hospital Medical Group is seeking an experienced APRN or PA-C to join our Walk-In Primary Care team. Three 12-hour shifts per week, giving you four days off each week A supportive, collaborative team that values one another's contributions Variety in your clinical work every day Opportunity to practice independently while working alongside experienced colleagues Access to specialists and resources throughout Concord Hospital Health System A culture built on teamwork, compassion, and patient-centered care Opportunity to make an immediate impact on access to care in our community Providing care 365 days a year What You'll Do Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute illnesses and non-emergency healthcare needs Perform minor procedures within your scope of practice Coordinate follow-up care and referrals as needed Maintain thorough documentation in the EMR Qualifications Master's Degree from an accredited APRN or Physician Assistant program NH APRN or PA-C licensure (or eligibility) Current DEA registration 3+ years of experience in primary care, urgent care, emergency medicine, or walk-in care Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Concord Hospital is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
