We’re looking for a Quality Engineer who is passionate about continuous improvement and driving high-quality manufacturing processes. What You’ll Do: Drive process and product quality improvements across manufacturing Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to meet customer requirements Lead investigations into non-conformances, warranty trends, and customer complaints Track and report quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in engineering 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Strong problem-solving skills (Lean, Kaizen, root cause analysis) Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems Ability to work cross-functionally and lead improvement efforts HVAC/R experience is a plus Why Munters?
