Job Description Manages Visa technical and business resources required to implement new and add-on Visa products and services. Establishes project scope and identifies opportunities to improve Visa processes and procedures. Gathers and documents project requirements and provides client consultative guidance on Visa regulations, fees, features, and functionality to structure an effective implementation. Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems; identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolution and/or product and process improvements. Prepares and maintains detailed project plans, status reports, and issues logs. Translates complex customer business requirements into internal technical language. All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work. Key
Responsibilities
Lead project management of implementations for Visa client institutions and processors in assigned region to ensure customer expectations are exceeded. Manage routine and non-routine, moderately complex processing and change requests, as well as support client initiatives. Act as liaison for the client, provide problem management, proactive identification of processing efficiencies, service change support, and system enhancement support. Coordinate internal resources to accomplish Visa and client objectives and ensure processing system performance standards are met and that the client perspective is represented within the organization. Assess operational opportunities to increase service quality or efficiency. Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and issues logs. Build and enhance positive working relationships with Visa client institutions, processors, and internal stakeholders. Represent client system and operational requirements to internal Visa organizations. Responsible for own workflow assignments and must be able to take the initiative to resolve problems and meet deadlines. Coordinate internal Visa resources to ensure delivery on commitments. Report client project accomplishments and deliverables to management monthly. Update and enhance internal support documents to assist internal and external stakeholders. Support biannual business enhancements and all Visa mandates. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications
Basic
Qualifications
2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
Experience
in banking or financial services industries or a technical support role.
Experience
in managing project plans, status reports, and issues logs.
Experience
in coordinating internal and external resources for project delivery.
Experience
in troubleshooting and documenting technical issues.
Experience
in client consultative guidance and requirements gathering.
Experience
in proactively identifying processing efficiencies and supporting system enhancements.

in supporting business enhancements and mandates. Portuguese language skills a plus.
