This position reports to: Maintenance Manager __ Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the factory Maintenance team in the planning and implementation of initiatives that maintain and improve the reliability, effectiveness, and/or efficiency of equipment, technical infrastructure, production lines, and/or facilities. Each day, you will coordinate the response to equipment breakdowns. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and implementing equipment life cycle management procedures for optimizing reliability and cost. The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSite This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. You will be mainly accountable for: Coordinating with the team to solve major technical, equipment, or facilities problems to achieve higher performance of the production lines. Defining maintenance plans for new production lines and recommending methods to improve reliability, ongoing maintenance, and safety of equipment, in collaboration with the Engineering department. Developing and proposing improvement projects for processes and production lines to reduce both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance. Monitoring the costs and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and determining actions to cost issues as necessary.
Qualifications
for the role (Mandatory) Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechatronics, or a related engineering field. 4+ years of experience in similar positions as a maintenance specialist or maintenance team leader.
Experience
in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
Experience
interpreting electrical and hydraulic diagrams. Knowledge of PLCs and process control systems. Technical ability to understand schematic drawings, plan safe work procedures on electrical systems and equipment, recognize and manage electrical hazards, and communicate and lead a team effectively. You are innovative in your communication skills, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving, time management, teamwork, and customer focus abilities.
Experience
