The primary purpose of this Attorney III position, which is funded by the University of North Carolina, is to independently litigate all phases of complex litigation, trials, and appeals in state and federal courts and administrative tribunals, involving the University of North Carolina, its constituent institutions, and their officers, faculty, and employee.
