About The Team You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Industrials team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Workplace Operation Management: Execute daily workplace operations, including property maintenance, environment management, equipment inspection, and emergency response, ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant workplace that meets employee satisfaction standards. Supplier Supervision and Evaluation: Coordinate with third-party service providers such as landscaping, cleaning, and catering, establish evaluation criteria, and conduct regular inspections to improve service quality and reduce operational risks. Asset Management Coordination: Establish a full lifecycle management system for fixed assets and low-value consumables, complete asset procurement, reallocation, inventory, and disposal to ensure asset accuracy and efficient resource utilization. Cost Control and Analysis: Prepare administrative budgets and monitor their execution, optimize expenses such as energy and property costs, and achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement through data analysis and process optimization. Cultural Activities Implementation: Coordinate holiday celebrations, meeting receptions, and corporate culture events, manage resource allocation and full-process execution to enhance employee sense of belonging and brand image promotion.
