Job Title Account Manager Public-Private Partnership Job Description The Account Manager Public- Private Partnership is responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans for complex accounts, driving significant sales growth, profitability, and customer loyalty. The role cultivates senior-level relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives. The role works under limited supervision and leads the development of bespoke solutions for customers, coordinating with global teams. The role participates in transformational improvement projects to enhance efficiency and performance and conducts market intelligence and competitive analysis for strategic planning. The role spearheads advanced commercial strategies and participates in high-value negotiations, delivering compelling presentations to executive audiences. Job title: Account Manager Public- Private Partnership Location : Gurgaon Your role: Develops and executes comprehensive strategic account plans for the most complex accounts, driving significant sales growth, profitability, and long-term customer loyalty through tailored strategies and focused efforts. • Cultivates and maintains senior-level relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives to foster mutually beneficial partnerships. • Works under limited supervision and broad guidelines, regularly applying independent judgment on matters of significance to drive project success and compliance, and may manage and develop employees to achieve organizational goals and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, all while fostering a culture of impact with care. • Leads the development and implementation of innovative, bespoke solutions for customers, coordinating with global cross-functional teams to meet diverse and complex needs, enhancing customer satisfaction. • Participates in transformational improvement projects that enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance. • Conducts in-depth market intelligence and competitive analysis, updates sales data in the Customer Relationship Management System in line with Company policies and KPI's, identifying macro trends, opportunities, and risks to inform high-level strategic planning and decision-making for business growth. • Ensures rigorous compliance with Philips' global business processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, upholding the highest standards of business ethics and conduct. • Spearheads the formulation and execution of advanced commercial strategies, including high-impact distribution and promotional activities that drive market leadership and sales excellence. • Participates in critical, high-value customer negotiations, securing strategic agreements that drive mutual value and align with long-term business goals for sustained growth. • Delivers compelling presentations to senior level audiences, articulating complex value solution propositions and driving customer buy-in. • Monitors, evaluates, and continuously improves sales performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize customer engagement, satisfaction, and overall business outcomes. • Acts as a mentor and coach to junior-level account managers, sharing expertise, providing strategic guidance, and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning within the team. You're the right fit if : Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent. Min 7+ years in clinical diagnostics sales, government/corporate accounts, or Public-Private Partnerships. Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, Account Management in B2C environment or Government sales. Strong knowledge of government tendering processes, CRM tools, and consultative selling techniques. How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
