Career Category Finance Job Description The Finance Business Partner is a strategic finance leader responsible for providing financial leadership and business partnering support to two of Amgen Japan's commercial business units. This role reports to the Senior Finance Partner and helps drive business performance, investment decisions, and long-term value creation. The position combines financial expertise, strong commercial acumen, and advanced analytical capabilities to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The role is responsible for delivering short- and long-range forecasting, business case development, performance management, and financial planning activities while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making. Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. · Significant experience in finance, business partnering, FP&A, or commercial finance. · Fluent Japanese and English communication skills, both written and verbal.

within the healthcare or life sciences industry is preferred. · Understanding of commercial operations, portfolio management, forecasting, and market dynamics. · Financial modeling, forecasting, and business case development capabilities. ·
