This role is essential in creating a welcoming and positive first impression for patients, visitors, and guests while ensuring safe and efficient vehicle handling.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Receives, screens, routes and/or responds to all incoming inquiries for information, directions or concerns. Receives guest suggestions and complaints and escalates through proper channels. Provides patient information in compliance with The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements and organizational privacy policies. Identifies and report issues of safety and maintenance. Assists in improving patient satisfaction. Anticipates family needs and resolves issues before they become major source of concern. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience EXPERIENCE No experience required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements. Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors. Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc. Frequent keyboard use/data entry. Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping. Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs. Rare climbing.
