Requisitos Principales Técnico en Refrigeración Industrial, Electromecánica, Electricidad Industrial o carreras afines (preferible). Experiencia mínima de 2 años en mantenimiento de sistemas de refrigeración industrial. Conocimiento en compresores, evaporadores, condensadores, válvulas de expansión y sistemas de control de temperatura. Capacidad para realizar diagnóstico y reparación de fallas mecánicas, eléctricas y de refrigeración. Conocimiento de buenas prácticas de mantenimiento, seguridad industrial y manejo de refrigerantes. Experiencia en mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo. Disponibilidad para atender emergencias y trabajar en horarios rotativos cuando la operación lo requiera. Vivir cerca del km 22 Autopista Duarte.
