We are looking for a Supply Planner who operates at the heart of our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle for the domain Distribution, working in a matrix organization with other domains and corporate planning. Your Role As a Supply Planner, you are responsible for translating demand signals into a realistic, feasible supply plan, taking into account constraints across materials, suppliers, capacity and execution. In this context, you: Translate demand into supply scenarios Identify constraints and risks Enable cross-functional decision-making within your domain and x-domains Support meaningful discussions in monthly S&OP / IBP meetings Key

Responsibilities

1. Supply Planning & Scenario Building Develop realistic supply plans based on available capacity, supplier capabilities and network constraints Identify critical components and capacity constrain and drive mitigation action Identify gaps between demand and supply capability and define mitigation scenarios Evaluate trade-offs across service, inventory, cost and working capital 2. Operating in a Matrix Organization Work closely with supply planners in and across your domain to align supply plans Ensure consistency between local plans and the integrated plan Act as a connector between central planning, domains and execution functions 3. IBP / S&OP Participation Contribute to the monthly supply planning step within the IBP / S&OP cycle Prepare inputs for planning and decision meetings Highlight risks, assumptions and decision points Ensure alignment between: Demand planning Supply planning Resource/capacity planning Financial planning Handover decision from S&OP towards S&OE to execute 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, engineering, finance and project teams Align top-down financial targets with bottom-up operational plans Support resolution of supply constraints and operational challenges Linking pin with NPI to ensure new product data available in the planning tool and properly embed in the planning process 5. Network & Materials Planning Integration Provide visibility on shortages and surpluses across sites and suppliers Enable network-level decision making by consolidating planning inputs Align with procurement to ensure material availability and supplier performance Identify critical components and capacity constrain and drive mitigation action 6. Execution & Plan Translation Translate approved supply plans into ERP / execution systems Manage plan changes, project updates and supply chain exceptions Ensure alignment between tactical plans and operational execution 7. Continuous Improvement & Planning Maturity Improve planning processes, data quality and KPI transparency Contribute to increasing planning maturity in areas such as: Inventory alignment Execution prioritization Structured decision making What You Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field

Experience

in supply planning, material planning, S&OP or IBP environments

Experience

in working in a matrix organization and cross-functional teams Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and decisions Strong (senior) stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience
