The Role & Your Impact As a Scientist, you will play a critical role in bridging science and commercial application. You will lead laboratory-based activities, develop technical solutions, and support customer-facing initiatives to drive product performance and business impact. Key responsibilities include: Designing and executing laboratory trials related to feed enzymes and microbial solutions Developing and implementing analytical methods and technical processes Providing expert technical support to the sales organization and key customers Interpreting data and communicating insights clearly to internal and external stakeholders Supporting product promotion and customer engagement with strong scientific storytelling Contributing to innovation projects and potentially acting as Application Lead (AL) Ensuring high standards of laboratory quality, safety, and scientific rigor You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to co-create solutions tailored to regional market needs. What You’ll Need to Be Successful We are looking for a scientifically strong and commercially aware professional who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Required qualifications: Master’s or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry). Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant industry experience
Experience
in feed, animal health, or related industries is highly preferred Strong analytical capabilities, including statistical analysis (e.g., SAS, JMP or similar tools) Fluent communication skills in both Thai and English (written and verbal) Proven ability to design experiments, analyze data, and present findings effectively Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Team-oriented with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Additional Skills & Interests We Value
