Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Diplôme Bac+5 en chimie des matériaux, ingénierie, sciences pharmaceutiques ou domaine similaire. - Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en normes, qualité, opérations techniques ou rôle équivalent en environnement réglementé. - Expérience en documentation technique, gestion de modifications et gestion d’écarts. - Connaissance des exigences réglementaires françaises et européennes pertinentes. - Aptitude à travailler en équipe interfonctionnelle et à communiquer clairement. - Maîtrise du français et bonne maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’écrit et à l’oral. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Expérience de projets d’harmonisation des normes au niveau international. - Connaissance des systèmes de management de la qualité et des méthodes d’amélioration continue. - Expérience en environnement de fabrication pharmaceutique en France. - Compétences analytiques solides et sens du détail. - Expérience en conception et animation de formations techniques. - Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et à respecter les délais. Localisation et contexte Le poste est rattaché à un site de production en France. Une présence sur site au minimum trois jours par semaine est requise pour ce rôle hybride.
