Role Type Permanent What you'll be doing: You will play a key role in managing end-to-end road transport operations for the Hungary market, ensuring customer deliveries are efficient, cost-effective, and reliable. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will oversee delivery performance, resolve operational challenges, and continuously improve service quality. You will be responsible for controlling transport costs, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with company and legal standards while maintaining strong relationships with logistics providers. In this role, you will also identify opportunities for improvement, implement solutions, and contribute to enhancing the overall delivery experience for Avon Representatives and customers. Key responsibilities: Managing daily transport operations across customer, retail, and marketplace deliveries Monitoring delivery performance and resolving issues quickly Tracking and improving supplier performance against agreed KPIs Analysing transport data, reports, and cost metrics to drive optimization Managing transport budgets, purchase orders, and invoice validation Supporting contract negotiations and working with procurement on vendor management Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve service quality Identifying risks in operations and implementing corrective actions Contributing to regional transport initiatives and improvement projects What we're looking for A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain (around 2–4 years) Strong understanding of distribution and delivery processes Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Confidence working with data, KPIs, and cost analysis Effective communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office and transport-related systems Fluency in Hungarian and English is required; Advanced proficiency in Slovakian is an advantage What we offer: We offer a comprehensive benefits package along with wellness resources and work-life balance support in line with your country practices and Avon purpose aiming to help you live a healthier life, protect you and your dear ones, and ensure you’re at your best.
