As an Account Manager at dentsu Health, you will be an important member of the Client Engagement (CE) team and will play a key role supporting our top priority health and pharmaceutical clients. Reporting to the Account Director, you will assist with account planning, client management, account financial management and project execution. Strong communication, strategically-minded, dynamic problem-solving skills, attention to detail and project management skills are a must for this role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Contributes as part of an integrated team in achieving client objectives and execution of projects. Participates and leads meetings and communications with clients, internal teams and external vendors. With the support of the Account Director and Senior Vice President, helps to lead small to mid-size clients in the Canadian and US markets. Supports in 360 project management, including development of timelines, client briefs, project estimates and Statement of Work (SOW) documents. Ensures that cross-functional internal teams are kept up to date and aware of client and project milestones and deadlines, and schedules meetings relating to active projects. Ensures projects are following mandatory client workflows, internal quality control milestones and adherence to client brand guidelines. Provides accurate project details and updates to clients on a regular basis. Comfortable with supporting on the management of promotional materials through MLR review cycles. Supports with administrative duties as required, such as status document updates, proofreading, presentation support, meeting planning, billing and invoicing, data entry and other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency role, ideally with a health-focus. Also open to new graduate, with applicable skills. University degree in science, communications, marketing or business would be considered an asset. Experience working within pharmaceutical regulations in the Canadian market i.e., PAAB, ASC etc.. Proficient using Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project planning software (SmartSheets). SKILLS Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing deadlines. Proactive problem-solver who is focused on bringing forward solutions. Collaborative, positive and comfortable working as part of a team. Excellent verbal & written communication, and strong presentation skills. Previous production related experience with broadcast, print and digital production is an asset. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
