Training and continual education of new and current sales members. What You'll Do GP Sales function to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on oversight of pricing, procurement, quality, and compliance. Owns KPI/FMDS performance, mitigates financial/operational risks, and partners cross-functionally to standardize processes, resolve issues quickly, and deliver results for customers, suppliers, and the company Drive Sales & Pricing Strategy: Oversee quotation generation, pricing calculations, and negotiate pricing with customers and suppliers to safeguard company interests. Procurement Processes: Oversee the calculation and processing of purchase orders based on customer requests, forecasts, inventory levels, safety stock, and lead times. Cultivate customer relationships through proactive communication and site visits. Review quarterly "supplier report cards" and systematically manage customer. Actively pursue kaizen activities, optimize sales processes to increase efficiency, identify/resolve bottlenecks, and implement standardization measures to control costs. Internal coordinating/facilitation (material damage, accounting issues, invoicing issues, PRC/ECI, SOP and EOP, follow-ups, etc.). Compliance Issues Import/Export and participate in procedure changes. What You Need High school diploma or GED Sales analysis, procurement management, and financial KPI tracking. Types of additional experience preferred but not necessarily required: Strategic pricing negotiation and program launch oversight.
