What will you do: Support the implementation and improvement of Global Quality Documentation systems and processes Assist in the development and delivery of training for new systems and procedures Create and maintain training materials, schedules, and documentation records Support knowledge management initiatives by identifying and addressing training needs Act as a key contributor to global documentation-related projects Provide professional and timely customer support, ensuring a positive experience in every interaction What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related field Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
