In dieser Funktion stellen Sie sicher, dass unsere Halbleiterfertigung alle gesetzlichen Anforderungen in den Bereichen Umwelt-, Gefahrstoff- und Brandschutz erfüllt und unsere Produktionsprozesse den geltenden regulatorischen Anforderungen entsprechen. Sie übernehmen eine wichtige Rolle bei der Umsetzung von Umwelt- und Sicherheitsstandards und tragen aktiv zur nachhaltigen Weiterentwicklung unseres Standorts bei. Über die Position: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Umwelt-, Gefahrstoff- und Brandschutzvorschriften (z. B. BImSchG, GefStoffV, Lösemittelregularien) innerhalb der Wafer-Fertigung Überwachung der Einhaltung interner Standards und externer Normen wie ISO 14001, ISO 9001 und IATF 16949 Erstellung und Pflege genehmigungsrelevanter Dokumente, Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und technischer Nachweise Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Begleitung von Audits sowie Behördeninspektionen Bewertung von Prozess- und Produktionsabläufen hinsichtlich Umwelt- und Brandschutzanforderungen Unterstützung und Beratung von Produktion, Qualität und EHS im täglichen operativen Betrieb Umsetzung neuer gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie Identifizierung und Realisierung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Erhöhung von Sicherheit, Compliance und Prozessstabilität Koordination und Durchführung von Schulungen zu Umwelt- und Sicherheitsthemen Aktive Mitarbeit an Umwelt- und Nachhaltigkeitsprojekten sowie Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von EHS-Prozessen Über Sie: Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung gerne mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) in den Bereichen Umweltschutz, Umwelttechnik, Chemietechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Sicherheitstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem regulierten Industrieumfeld, idealerweise in der Halbleiter-, Chemie- oder Fertigungsindustrie Erste Erfahrung im Umwelt-, Sicherheits- oder Genehmigungsmanagement von Vorteil Kenntnisse relevanter gesetzlicher Vorgaben und normativer Anforderungen im Umwelt- und Arbeitsschutz Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Auditoren oder externen Dienstleistern wünschenswert Idealerweise Qualifikation als Brandschutzbeauftragter oder Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen #LI-DR At Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
