For more details, please visit : www.piramalpharmasolutions.com Job Title Manager - Supply Chain Job Description Manager- SCM Job Description The Category buyer – Non-IT Procurement will be responsible for end-to-end strategic sourcing, contracting, and vendor management of centrally managed non-IT spend categories including Travel & Hospitality, Professional Services, HR & Admin services. The role will focus on cost optimisation, risk management, compliance, and stakeholder enablement while ensuring high service quality and governance. Key

Responsibilities

•Drive sourcing events (RFP/RFQ/RFI) and supplier evaluations •Identify cost reduction, demand management, and value-creation opportunities •Establish rate cards, SLAs, and commercial frameworks •Lead contract drafting, negotiation, and renewals in collaboration with Legal •Onboard and manage strategic and preferred suppliers •Conduct periodic performance reviews •Resolve commercial disputes and service issues •Partner with HR, Finance, Admin, Travel Desk, Legal, and Business Leaders •Ensure adherence to procurement policies, delegation of authority, and audit requirements •Support internal and external audits •Strategic sourcing & negotiation •Contract management & Vendor governance •Cost modelling and commercial evaluation •Understanding of indirect services and service-based procurement Behavioral Competencies •Strong stakeholder management •Business-first mindset with control orientation •Data-driven decision making •Clear communication and negotiation skills •Ability to operate independently in a centralised model

Requirements

•Bachelor degree with 8 - 10 years experience in a procurement role, sourcing international capacity. •

Experience

with ERP based procurement, preferentially – SAP. •Strong Excel and reporting skills. •Familiarity with contract repositories, sourcing tools (Ariba, GEP, iValua), and spend analytics.
