Data Analyst 2 Enterprise Analytics What This Job Involves JLL Technologies Enterprise Analytics is an internal consulting team that provides data-driven expertise to various business lines and support functions. As an analyst in the Enterprise Analytics Team, you will architect scalable data solutions and deliver actionable insights in an AI-augmented environment. You will design semantic data layers, build analytical infrastructure, and leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery while ensuring accuracy, governance, and performance at scale. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including senior business analysts, data engineers, data scientists, and business leaders, to understand their requirements and deliver valuable analytical solutions.
Responsibilities
Design and maintain semantic data layers with rich metadata, business-friendly definitions, and clear documentation to enable both traditional BI and conversational data access Build production-grade data pipelines, transformations, and analytical datasets optimized for diverse query patterns and AI-driven interactions to enable insights Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that monitor KPIs and communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders Leverage AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate development while critically validating outputs for correctness, performance, and alignment with business logic Implement data quality frameworks and validation logic to ensure reliability across analytical products and conversational data interfaces Architect data models balancing normalization principles with query performance requirements across cloud data platforms Manage project deliverables, proactively communicate roadblocks, and develop creative solutions to advance initiatives Document methodologies, processes, and best practices to enable knowledge sharing across the team Sounds Like You? Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or other quantitative fields 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst in corporate, consulting, or tech environments Advanced SQL proficiency including query optimization, execution plan analysis, and performance tuning across large datasets Strong Python skills for data manipulation and analysis (pandas, numpy) 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Experience
with modern BI tools: Tableau or Power BI for visualization and reporting Solid understanding of data modeling, dimensional modeling, and modern database design Proficiency in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical and structured thinking approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to translate complex data insights for non-technical stakeholders Strong attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
working with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) in analytical workflows Understanding of data governance principles including access controls, row-level security, and metadata management Familiarity with API design patterns and integration architectures
Experience
