Work Flexibility: Field-based Key Account Manager: The Key Account Manager will drive strategic account development, strengthen customer engagement, and support profitable business growth across priority accounts. The role requires strong commercial discipline, stakeholder management, market understanding, and the ability to coordinate internal teams to deliver a consistent customer experience. What You Will Do: Develop and execute strategic account plans for key hospitals, institutions, and healthcare stakeholders. Build strong relationships with surgeons, procurement teams, and decision-makers within assigned accounts. Identify account opportunities, risks, and growth areas to drive business expansion. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Finance, Supply Chain, and Service teams to achieve account objectives. Monitor sales funnel progress, opportunity conversion, and competitive market activities. Support product launches, customer workshops, demonstrations, CMEs, and engagement programs. Ensure smooth pre-sales and post-sales coordination, including follow-ups and issue resolution. Prepare account reviews, performance reports, and data-driven business recommendations. Maintain compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and healthcare industry regulations. What You Need: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred. 5-8+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Sales, Marketing, or Institutional Business Development. Proven ability to manage relationships with hospitals, surgeons, distributors, and procurement stakeholders. Strong commercial understanding, including account planning, opportunity management, and negotiation support. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities with a data-driven approach. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare environment while maintaining high ethical standards. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
