Logistics Specialist (ระดับปฎิบัติการ) ที่ CRTT คุณจะมีบทบาทสำคัญในการสนับสนุนการผลิตผ่านการบริหารจัดการการไหลของวัสดุให้มีความต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยทำงานร่วมกับซัพพลายเออร์ ทีมวางแผนการผลิต วิศวกรรม และฝ่ายปฏิบัติการเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าวัสดุพร้อมใช้งานตามแผนการผลิต ในหน้าที่ Material Planning คุณจะรับผิดชอบงานในเชิงลึกมากขึ้น มีความเป็นเจ้าของงาน (ownership) สูง และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาซัพพลายเชนที่ซับซ้อน พร้อมทั้งขับเคลื่อนการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการวางแผน การควบคุมสต็อก และการบริหารซัพพลายเออร์ เพื่อสนับสนุนการผลิตอย่างต่อเนื่อง หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities) ▸ดูแลให้มีการส่งมอบวัสดุ ได้ตรงเวลาและตรงตามแผนการผลิต ประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อจัดการ ตารางการจัดส่ง การขนส่ง และกำลังการผลิต ▸เป็นผู้นำในการทำ Root Cause Analysis และ Corrective Actions เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาคุณภาพและการส่งมอบของซัพพลายเออร์ ▸วิเคราะห์แผนการผลิตและแปลงเป็น แผนวัสดุ (Material Plan), ใบขอซื้อ และ Work Orders ▸ควบคุมและดูแล ความถูกต้องของสต็อกและ Planning Parameters ตามหลัก PFEP (Plan For Every Part) ▸บริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลงความต้องการวัสดุจาก New Product Introduction (NPI) และ Engineering Change ▸วิเคราะห์และดำเนินการตาม Engineering Change (ECN/ECR) เพื่อให้เกิดการใช้สต็อกเดิมอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ▸วางแผนและบริหาร Supplier Scheduling ให้วัสดุพร้อมใช้งานอย่างต่อเนื่อง ▸ขับเคลื่อนการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ Point-of-Use Material Availability ▸สนับสนุนกระบวนการ Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) เพื่อเพิ่มความแม่นยำของ Demand Forecast ▸ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Cross-functional และซัพพลายเออร์ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ คุณสมบัติที่จำเป็น (Required Skills) ▸ปริญญาตรี สาขาใดก็ได้ (แนะนำ Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering) ▸ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 4-5 ปี ด้าน Material Planning / Supply Chain / Production Planning ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม ▸มีประสบการณ์ใช้งาน SAP หรือ ERP System อื่น ๆ ▸เข้าใจหลักการ Material Planning, Inventory Control และ Production Scheduling ▸มีทักษะ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (Analytical Skills) และตีความความต้องการการผลิตได้ ▸มีประสบการณ์ในการทำ Root Cause Analysis และ Supplier Performance Improvement ▸มีทักษะในการทำงานร่วมกับทีม Cross-functional และ Supplier ▸คะแนน TOEIC ≥ 480 หรือมีความสามารถภาษาอังกฤษระดับใช้งานธุรกิจ ▸มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการบริหาร Stakeholder ที่ดี คุณสมบัติที่พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (Preferred Skills) ▸มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Engineering Change Management (ECN/ECR) ▸มีประสบการณ์ในกระบวนการ S&OP ▸มีประสบการณ์ในองค์กร Manufacturing ระดับนานาชาติ / Automotive / Industrial Core Competencies ความละเอียดรอบคอบและถูกต้อง งานบริการลูกค้า (Customer Service Mindset) ทักษะวิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหา ความสามารถในการปรับตัวตามสภาพธุรกิจที่เปลี่ยนแปลง การทำงานเป็นทีม กล้าคิด กล้าเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงงาน ความยืดหยุ่นในการรับมอบหมายงานจากหัวหน้างาน เวลาทำงาน: วันจันทร์ – วันศุกร์ เวลา 07:30 – 16:30 น. สถานที่ทำงาน: บริษัท แคทเทอร์พิลลาร์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด337/1 หมู่ 3 ตำบลหนองละลอก อำเภอบ้านค่าย จังหวัดระยอง 21120 ประเทศไทย Posting Dates: August 5, 2026 - August 21, 2026 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
