DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES Scientific responsibility The candidates will be responsible for developing strategic plans and objectives, ensuring they align with the company's vision. Additionally, they will lead a team of professionals from CROs, providing guidance to foster a high-performing work environment. Overseeing complex projects, the Associate Director will ensure they are completed on time and within scope, all while complying with quality standards. They will also collaborate with various departments such as external CROs, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless product development and launch. Working closely with regulatory affairs, the Associate Director will ensure compliance with guidelines and facilitate the approval process for new therapies. They will also manage and control the department's budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet business objectives. Evaluating team performance and setting targets, the Associate Director will implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. They will also drive innovation within the department, staying abreast of industry trends and new technologies. Identifying potential risks, the Associate Director will develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on projects and the organization. They will also serve as a liaison between the department and senior management, communicating key updates, strategies, and insights. The Associate Director will represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and other professional gatherings, building relationships and enhancing the company's reputation. Others Supervise functional team assistant /Junior level scientist with or without reporting line JOB REQUIREMENTS Technical / Skills Training Ph.D. in Immunology, Cell Biology, or other related scientific discipline and extensive experience in related areas. Strong background and experience in immunology and/or immuno-oncology with strong publication record.

Experience

in T cell activation, co-stimulation and overall T cell and immune cell biology is highly desirable.

Experience

in leading bioscience teams, with focus on both in vitro and in vivo immunological studies.

Experience

in working with CROs to generate biology packages is highly desirable A high level of independence and with an ability to develop hypotheses and execute analysis plans for experimental data. Strong interpersonal, influencing, negotiating and collaboration skills together with evidence of having used these to support problem solving and delivery in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Fluent English communication skills—encompassing both scientific discourse and day-to-day interactions—sufficient to integrate effectively within an international project team. Working
