As a Seasonal Specialist Financial Products Operations, you will work in the Brooklyn Park facility and provide back-office support to our guests, TES service centers, external vendors and agencies, and business partners by researching, reviewing, and processing written requests in a timely and accurate manner. These requests are related to Financial Products account maintenance, collection processes, payment inquiries, and legal documents such as subpoenas and affidavits. You will be responsible for clearly understanding and abiding by all policies and procedures and adhering to strict data security guidelines and compliance regulations, while achieving performance and service level goals utilizing strong time management and attention to detail. You’ll ensure proper destruction of this media based on Target’s retention guidelines. Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. This is an on-site, in-office position at Target North Campus in Brooklyn Park, MN. Seasonal employees are expected to work from the office location during scheduled business hours. About you: High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of previous guest experience or customer service experience Ability to interact with guests, team members and internal business partners with a professional, friendly and empathetic style.
