This position reports to: HSEQ Manager __ Tu función y responsabilidades En este rol, tendrás la oportunidad de apoyar al equipo de Calidad en la implementación y mantenimiento de un sistema de calidad, incluyendo la realización de auditorías, el establecimiento de controles, capacitación en herramientas y metodologías. Diariamente, apoyarás actividades relacionadas con la gestión de calidad dentro de la unidad organizacional. También demostrarás tu experiencia reportando Indicadores Clave de Desempeño (KPIs) de calidad y casos de clientes, manteniendo la documentación de procesos. El modelo de trabajo para este rol es: Presencial, contrato definido (9 meses) Serás principalmente responsable de: Reportar datos de problemas de calidad, asegurando el cumplimiento del sistema de gestión de calidad en todas las etapas. Adquirir y reportar métricas de calidad e KPIs de forma precisa y oportuna para facilitar el análisis y gestión de procesos locales. Utilizar sistemas de medición para producir datos que reflejen las características precisas de materiales, productos, sistemas y procesos. Capacitar a los equipos operacionales locales en elementos relevantes de gestión de calidad, apoyando la implementación y promoviendo oportunidades de mejora.
