About the Team Our AI team helps ING unlock the potential of Generative AI through scalable, responsible, and innovative solutions. What You Will Do • Build and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio • Develop reusable AI components and agentic solution patterns • Apply prompt engineering best practices • Design grounding and context-management approaches • Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft technologies, APIs, and connectors • Conduct testing, validation, and production deployments • Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvements • Collaborate with business and operations teams Required Skills &
Experience
• 3–6 years of software development or automation experience • Proven experience building GenAI solutions with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio • Strong understanding of AI development methodologies • Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, grounding strategies, and AI agent design •
Experience
with API integrations and Microsoft ecosystem technologies • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
