About the role:
Market Intelligence & Database Management (30%)
- Create, maintain and update the Capital Markets and Logistics & Industrial (CMLI) databases with comprehensive, accurate and timely information.
- Gather, organize, and analyze data on real estate transactions, pricing trends, market demand, and supply dynamics.
- Monitor industry developments, economic indicators, and relevant local regulations affecting the logistics and industrial real estate sectors.
- Ensure the integrity, quality, and accessibility of market and investment data.
Research, Analysis & Reporting (25%)
- Support the preparation of market studies, investment analyses, and feasibility assessments.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and property trend analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
- Develop data-driven insights and visualizations to support business development, advisory and client decisions.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior team members on investment evaluations, strategic projects, and business development initiatives.
Transaction & Documentation Support (25%)
- Coordinate and document key discussions throughout transaction processes, including pre-meeting, meeting, and post-meeting activities.
- Prepare meeting minutes, action trackers, and follow-up documentation.
- Assist in the drafting, preparation, and organization of transaction-related documents, proposals, and sales materials.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with internal processes and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination (20%)
- Work closely with brokers, analysts, researchers, and other internal teams to support project execution.
- Facilitate information gathering and coordination among stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of outputs.
- Provide operational and administrative support for team initiatives as required
- Conduct real estate market research and analysis to support feasibility studies, investment decisions, and client reporting.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management or related fields
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, as well as data visualization skills
- At least 1-2 years of experience in real estate sector
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team
