Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities include but not limited to: Manage customer service activities for assigned customers, including forecasting, order management, complaint handling, and dunning, in line with internal standards and customer-specific requirements Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders using the relevant systems and tools Monitor the order-to-cash process for assigned customers to support operational continuity and compliance Maintain proactive and solution-oriented communication with assigned customers, ensuring timely responses to inquiries Coordinate with Commercial Directors, supplying sites, and other internal functions to support smooth execution of customer orders and related activities Support visibility of customer priorities within the organization and help ensure internal stakeholders understand account-specific requirements and business relevance Report technical complaints and transport deviations within defined timelines and according to established processes Prepare for and participate in S&OP meetings, providing relevant order, forecast, and customer information Contribute to continuous improvement of Sales Operations processes and service delivery Ensure compliance with applicable operational, quality, and control requirements across all activities What you will bring to the role: Essential
Requirements
2 years of experience in sales operations, supply chain, order management, project coordination, or related functions, ideally in a pharmaceutical or GCC environment Good understanding of end-to-end sales and commercial processes, including order-to-cash workflows
Experience
