The role will also help identify and embed scalable capabilities, including AI and automation where they support practical finance outcomes. The scope of this role covers the following primary areas of responsibility: Finance transformation and operating model support: Lead initiatives that simplify, standardize, and scale VAS Finance processes across planning, close, reporting, forecasting, governance, and decision support. Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value improvement opportunities, shape execution plans, and build repeatable capabilities that strengthen operating discipline and enable VAS Finance to operate with greater consistency and scale. Operational coordination and execution: Coordinate cross-functional execution across Central Finance, regional and product FP&A, Finance Transformation, Technology, COE, and business partners. Translate transformation priorities into practical execution plans, connect owners and dependencies, track progress, resolve friction points, and ensure new processes are embedded into day-to-day FP&A operations. AI, automation, and workflow enablement: Identify and support approved AI-enabled, automation, workflow, and analytics use cases where they create measurable value. Focus on practical improvements to reporting, planning, forecasting, close coordination, commentary capture, variance analysis, executive decision support, controls, and operating consistency. Governance, adoption, and impact tracking: Drive change management, training, documentation, and adoption routines to sustain new capabilities. Establish governance, controls, and operating standards for new workflows, ensuring solutions are sustainable, auditable, and aligned with Finance policies, data requirements, and approved technology standards. Track impact through measurable outcomes, including efficiency gains, cycle-time reduction, adoption, quality improvements, control enhancements, and financial or operational value delivered. The successful candidate will bring strong finance process knowledge, operational execution discipline, change management experience, and practical familiarity with automation, workflow tools, analytics, financial systems, and AI-enabled capabilities. You will gain experience in a role with significant responsibility and interaction with senior finance and cross-functional partners, with an opportunity to help shape how VAS Finance operates at scale. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded top performer who can bring structure to ambiguity, translate transformation ideas into operational execution, and deliver measurable impact in a dynamic, data-driven Finance organization.
