TransUnion's Job Applicant Privacy Notice Team Overview The Marketing team is responsible for strengthening Buró de Crédito’s brand perception, driving engagement, and supporting business growth through impactful communication and digital content strategies. The team partners with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create meaningful connections with consumers while promoting financial awareness and the company's products and services. This role works closely with Marketing leadership and the digital agency supporting TransUnion Mexico. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. Role Overview And Core Responsibilities Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with brand, business, and engagement objectives. Manage and coordinate the digital agency responsible for creating and publishing content across social media channels. Create, plan, and maintain content calendars that support marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and product promotion efforts. Write compelling copy tailored to different digital platforms, audiences, and content formats. Publish, monitor, and moderate content across social media platforms to ensure an engaging customer experience. Analyze social media performance metrics and generate actionable recommendations to optimize content effectiveness and audience engagement. Create and publish original content that complements agency efforts and supports key marketing objectives. Support the development of audiovisual content, including participation in videos, reels, stories, and other digital formats. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and business priorities. Prepare regular performance reports and track key social media KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement. Required Knowledge and Experiences Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, providing the foundation for content strategy, brand management, and audience engagement. 3-4 years of experience in a creative agency, content team, social media marketing, or digital communications role. Experience developing content strategies and managing social media calendars to support brand and business objectives. Strong understanding of community management, audience engagement, and social media performance analysis. Proven ability to create written and visual content that strengthens brand positioning and drives audience interaction. Required Knowledge And Experiences Social media management and scheduling platforms for content publishing, monitoring, and reporting. Copywriting skills for social media, digital campaigns, and brand communications. Social media analytics tools to measure performance and optimize content strategies. Content planning and calendar management tools to organize and execute campaigns.
