Let’s Talk about the Role As Merchandising Coordinator, you support the development and execution of the global merchandising strategy, ensuring a commercially strong, consumer centric and globally consistent product assortment. You translate data, market insights and regional needs into actionable inputs that guide product creation, support go-to-market execution and drive sustainable growth. How You Will Make a Difference Business & Market Analysis Monitor global performance across regions and categories (sell-in, sell-out, forecasts, buys) to support data-driven decision-making Analyse consumer trends, competitor landscape, and pricing strategies to identify growth opportunities Track forecasts and sales performance to highlight key drivers and improvement areas Deliver milestone-based reporting throughout the GTM process Maintain and continuously improve reporting tools and database Assortment Planning & Product Strategy Support Support the definition of seasonal direction and merchandising strategy Assist in building globally aligned yet locally relevant assortments Contribute to pricing architecture and margin optimization Prepare and translate product briefs for Design and Product Development teams Help refine collections based on performance insights and regional feedback Go-To-Market & Collection implementation Support the creation of GTM presentations and product storytelling tools Ensure clear communication of product direction, key franchises, and growth drivers Assist in preparing showroom setups and sales materials Contribute to merchandising guidelines and global alignment principles Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Design, Product Development, Marketing, and Regional Merchandising teams Facilitate smooth communication across functions and milestones Tools & Systems Support PLM data management Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates across systems Assist in improving tools, processes and reporting efficiency Sample Management & Process Coordination Coordinate the flow of GTM2, preview and marketing samples Handle sample-related invoicing (e.g. Coupa) Skills for Success 2–4 years of experience in merchandising, product management, or similar Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with merchandising systems such as PLM, line planning, Power BI and reporting tools Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills Proactive, solution-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Affinity with fashion, accessories or lifestyle brands is a plus What’s in it For You We’re in the business of unleashing human potential, driven by the ideas, energy and commitment of our people.
