Mid-Level Operations Program Analyst (Level 3) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Operations Program Analyst (Level 3) to join the F-15 Manufacturing Integration team in Berkeley, MO! The F-15 Operations Program Analyst will utilize project management skills and principles to develop, plan, lead and direct projects including feasibility, constraints, processes, schedule, cost and risks for the F-15 program. Staffing integration and factory transformation activities will be additional aspects of this role. Position
Responsibilities
Supports the development of program schedule and/or manufacturing plans, etc Coordinates with affected organization regarding impact to the company and product deliveries Identifies long lead parts and activities, special tooling and technology changes Analyzes data to make recommendations that drive decisions for projects or processes Supports business unit level operating plans Provides analysis of production rates and production development initiatives Performs production proposal activities Supports proposal preparation and new business development efforts Participates on cross-functional teams and identifies producibility issues to maximize efficiency Works under general supervision Basic
Qualifications
(Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years’ experience with process improvement and LEAN manufacturing methodologies 3+ years’ experience developing and analyzing large quantities of data using Excel 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams 1+ year of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work any shift based on needs of the operation
