Job Description Key Responsibilities Leasing & Business Development Lead leasing activities for logistics facilities across the Greater Tokyo (Kanto) region. Identify and develop new customer relationships across a wide range of industries, including e-commerce, retail, apparel, manufacturing, logistics, and third-party logistics providers. Manage and expand relationships with existing tenants and key customer accounts. Drive new business opportunities that create value for customers and strategic partners. Promote collaborative initiatives and customer-focused solutions that enhance the tenant experience and strengthen long-term partnerships Market Development & Sales Strategy Develop leasing strategies for available and newly developed logistics assets. Evaluate property positioning, product competitiveness, and market opportunities to maximize occupancy performance. Gather and analyze market intelligence, customer demand trends, competitor activity, and industry developments. Support property marketing initiatives, customer presentations, seminars, and leasing events. Work proactively to secure transactions in a competitive and rapidly evolving market environment. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong partnerships with brokerage firms and industry intermediaries. Collaborate closely with customers throughout the leasing lifecycle, from initial engagement through contract execution and ongoing tenant support. Engage with customer decision-makers at multiple organizational levels, including senior executives and business leaders. Represent GLP externally while strengthening the company's reputation as the leading logistics real estate provider in Japan. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with internal stakeholders across investment management, land acquisition, project management, property management, and design teams. Coordinate internally to ensure customer requirements are addressed effectively from both operational and strategic perspectives. Contribute ideas that improve asset competitiveness, customer satisfaction, and overall portfolio performance.
