Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Digital Technology to lead Digital Technology operations across Carrier's manufacturing sites in Thailand. This role is responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives, ensuring reliable IT/OT operations, and partnering with plant leadership to improve manufacturing performance through technology. Working closely with regional and global teams, you will oversee the deployment of enterprise platforms, support Smart Factory initiatives, strengthen cybersecurity and operational reliability, and deliver measurable business outcomes across production, quality, supply chain, and engineering functions. Responsibilities
Lead Digital Technology operations and execution across Thailand manufacturing sites. Partner with plant leadership to align technology solutions with business goals. Drive adoption of enterprise systems, including MES, ERP, analytics, automation, and Smart Factory solutions. Ensure high availability, security, and performance of factory IT/OT systems. Support digital transformation projects that improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and operational performance. Promote data-driven decision-making through reporting, dashboards, and analytics. Manage local vendors, service providers, and technology support partners. Collaborate with regional and global Digital Technology teams to implement best practices and standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in IT, Digital Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or related areas.
Experience
supporting manufacturing, factory, or supply chain operations. Strong knowledge of MES, ERP, manufacturing systems, analytics, or automation platforms. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver business results. Preferred
Experience
with Smart Factory or Industry 4.0 initiatives. Knowledge of IT/OT environments and cybersecurity. Lean Six Sigma experience. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
