Work follow IQA procedure/WI/criteria/Critical points inspection set by IQA engineer. Interpret and perform analysis of the GR&R, SPC data. Study an Uncertainty of Measurement of Calibration Laboratory to assess uncertainty of the measurements in the factory. Administration and upkeep of Material Specifications. Use system IQA Apex and Agile for inspection record, product traceability and NCMR management. Manage material MRB area and RMA for supplier. Responsible for set up and maintenance of equipment, electrical systems, ESD ground (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.) Other tasks per assigned. Qualification Diploma in Engineering (Pref Mechanical, Materials Science, Chemical) IQA Technical with min 5 years’ experience in Quality field, Calibration, manufacturing environment Proficient in GD& T and able to understand basic mechanical drawings and specification. Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word is a must. Able to work independently and with another department team. Good follow up skills and meticulous. Recommended experience of basic measurement tools, CMM, Smart Scope, OGP and Understand the system with test quality equivalent to ISO/IEC 17025 We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
