Alcon is looking to hire a Senior Associate, Digital Product Management – Digital Health team member. This role is part of Alcon's Information Technology function, a team that delivers cutting-edge technology solutions to Alcon associates and customers to help our people and the world see brilliantly. This role is on-site in our Fort Worth, Texas location and a typical day would include: Collaborate with the PM to deliver features aligned to the Data & Analytics product roadmap, staying in sync on daily team priorities. Ensure the product backlog is clearly described, estimated, and prioritized to drive the team toward the product vision. Help define and track key performance metrics, engage with internal customers for feedback and user needs, and drive continuous product improvements. Work closely with cross-functional agile teams to identify dependencies, communicate risks, and remove roadblocks to ensure successful launches. Approach challenges with a positive attitude, navigating ambiguity to find new solutions and out-of-the-box ideas. Stay current with latest trends in digital health & data products.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of digital products, analytics, GenAI Fluency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Knowledge of SQL and/or Tableau Experienced in using techniques like cost-benefit analysis for product feature prioritization
Experience
in healthcare or eye care is a plus
Experience
