Position Overview Join our Capital Markets team for a hands-on internship in commercial real estate. Work alongside experienced brokers on live transactions while gaining practical experience in deal execution, financial modeling, market analysis, and investor relations. Job Description Develop professional marketing materials and investment presentations for commercial real estate properties that effectively communicate value propositions to investors Conduct market research and analyze transaction comparables, capital trends, and submarket dynamics to support investment strategies and client recommendations Perform financial modeling, preliminary valuations, and feasibility assessments to evaluate investment opportunities and market positioning Support investor relations through meeting preparation, business development outreach, and maintaining accurate CRM records and transaction pipelines Requirements Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Property/ Estate Management or related field Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling basics Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Location: On-site –Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia At JLL, we harness the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to efficiently accelerate meaningful connections between candidates and opportunities.
