Responsibilities
Partnership Management & Growth Own and manage day-to-day relationships with assigned game partners, serving as their primary point of contact at Samsung Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with existing partners to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and align on strategic priorities Drive scale-up initiatives for existing partnerships — negotiate expanded deal terms and UA investment, and broader platform engagement Proactively identify opportunities to deepen partner engagement and increase revenue contribution from existing portfolio Monitor partnership health metrics and deal milestones to ensure partnerships remain on track and deliver results Prepare and deliver partnership proposals, pitch decks, deal term sheets, and other business documentation Business Development & Deal Execution Identify, evaluate, and pursue new game partnership opportunities aligned with the team’s strategic priorities (mobile cloud gaming, UA-driven partnerships) Lead partnership conversations with prospective partners — from initial outreach and pitching through to deal structuring and closing Prepare and deliver partnership proposals, pitch decks, deal term sheets, and other business documentation Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Store Operations, Product) to execute deals and onboard new partners Conduct market research and competitive analysis on mobile gaming trends, UA spending patterns, and ad network ecosystems Skills and
Qualifications
Required 7+ years of experience in the gaming industry (mobile gaming preferred), in a business development, partnerships, or account management capacity Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) — must be highly skilled in creating polished presentations, data-driven reports, and professional correspondence Proven ability to manage partner relationships independently and drive deal conversations from pitch to close Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft partner-facing emails, internal memos, and executive summaries Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on action items and deliverables Self-starter who can operate independently while keeping leadership informed Preferred Background in mobile game publishing, gaming platforms, or ad network industry Understanding of the mobile gaming value chain: developers, publishers, ad networks, and platform ecosystems
Experience
working with global game developers or publishers Familiarity with cloud gaming, game streaming, or platform distribution models
Experience
conducting QBRs or structured business reviews with external partners
Experience
with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) in addition to MS Office Fluency in Korean preferred — able to write, speak, and present professionally Compensation for this role, for candidates based in New York City, NY is expected to be between $175,000 to $215,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
