Job description

Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, is seeking a detail‑oriented Assistant Clinical Project Manager to support the successful execution of global clinical studies. In this role, you will work closely with Clinical Project Managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality, timely delivery of clinical projects in a regulated environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build hands‑on experience in clinical research while contributing to our mission of transforming lives through better evidence.

Competitive compensation Private health insurance Engaging employee programs Flexible work schedules Attractive PTO plan Flex workspace What You’ll Be Doing Support Clinical Project Managers in drafting project documentation and reviewing presentations Participate in project meetings, training sessions, and client calls Read and interpret clinical protocol documents Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of study milestones Monitor internal data flow and task completion within agreed timelines Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly Communicate project status updates to clients Verify imaging protocol compliance and manage related queries Act as Project Manager when assigned PM is unavailable Mentor and support Operations team members; provide feedback to Operations Manager Follow up on outstanding items such as missing data or incomplete documentation Assist in resolving client issues and serve as an additional point of contact Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines (GCP, ICH, FDA) Contribute to SOP and process document updates and operational improvements What We Look For

Education

Bachelor’s degree required

Experience

1 plus years of experience working in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trials, and/or clinical research preferred Healthcare, medical experience, and/or clinical research, preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional and positive attitude Availability to work in a hybrid model from San Jose Travel requirement: 0–5% At Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
