The core responsibility associated with this position is to provide a broad range of basic to complex administrative support to the Construction and Growth team with limited supervision. What You Will Do: Lead and coordinate New Business projects, building strong relationships with external partners and collaborating across internal teams to plan and deliver work. Support and optimize the customer attachment process, including reporting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. Provide input into market insights, forecasting, and capital planning, while promoting relevant residential programs to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with New Business policies, and lead pre-planning, design reviews, and project evaluations to drive successful outcomes. Partner with Field Construction to plan, schedule, and implement projects, ensuring profitability targets and project performance are met. Manage financial and operational processes, including invoicing, capital tracking, variance reporting, and resolving utility conflicts through cost-effective solutions. Who You Are: Bachelor's degree or related construction, project management or operational training and/or experience. 2-4 years of related experience. For candidates who do not possess a university degree, an additional 3-years experience of related experience is required (total of 5+ years). Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed analysis and manage multiple projects to defined timelines. Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to learning new systems and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders. Knowledge of pipeline construction, customer attachment processes, project management, and pricing models is considered an asset.

Working Conditions

This role is comprised of both office and field work (80% and 20%, respectively). A valid "G" class Ontario driver's license and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required which will be validated before hire. Occasional travel outside the region may be required. Salary: Ranges from $67,000 – $100,000 CAD for Canadian locations (except Alberta) based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity. Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
