Responsibilities

Responsible for daily technical management of utility systems to ensure stable system operation and continuous supply to production. Understand the control logic, interlock conditions, alarm settings, and key control parameters of major utility systems. Be able to assess the impact of control deviations on stable supply, safe operation, and production continuity, and coordinate timely handling of parameter deviations, equipment abnormalities, and potential supply risks. Work with Utility SMEs to promote standardization of utility operating procedures and step-by-step confirmation of critical operations. Provide technical support to utility operators in shift teams on utility system operating principles, key parameter control, abnormality judgment, and SOP execution. Support critical operations such as start-up and shutdown, system switching, interlock testing, and restarting after equipment maintenance, ensuring that operations comply with SOPs and safety requirements. Regularly follow up on the training, assessment, and drill quality of utility personnel, including shift leaders and flexible operators, and establish a utility position competency matrix. Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing utility system operation data, including pressure, temperature, flow, level, water consumption, steam consumption, cooling load, and alarm records. Track key KPIs and operation trends, identify abnormal fluctuations, high energy consumption, and efficiency decline, lead root cause analysis, and propose optimization plans. Regularly issue operation data analysis reports to support equipment maintenance, operation optimization, energy consumption control, and management decision-making. Be familiar with the problems identification of key utility equipment and work with the maintenance team in developing preventive maintenance and improvement actions. Have awareness of utility energy management and track key energy consumption. Evaluation and implementation of changes related to utility equipment, process parameters, control logic, SOPs, and site layout. Emergency response capability for utility abnormalities. Requirements

for the Position College degree or above, preferably in chemical engineering, thermal energy and power engineering, or related disciplines. More than 3 years of experience in operation and daily management of utility systems such as cooling water, air compressors, chilled water, RO water, heat pump, and steam systems, with solid understanding of system operating principles.

Experience

in PLC/DCS operation management of utility systems in a continuous production plant. Strong capability in system analysis and problem solving; Lean production experience is preferred. Good team management capability and cross-functional communication and collaboration skills. Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and trustworthiness. Hard-working attitude and ability to perform certain physical work. Possess required operation qualification certificates for the relevant position.
