Stock Support, Stockholm Fashion Boutique Chanel Sweden is currently looking for a Stock Support. The role of Stock Support is to maximize all sales opportunities whilst maintaining the CHANEL standards in all areas. To create strong client experience by ensuring excellent client service, product care, and teamwork at all times. To have an entrepreneurial spirit and be a brand ambassador of the highest order in addition to a passion for client service and fashion. The position is based in the CHANEL Fashion Boutique in Sweden and reports hierarchically to the Stock Manager, Stockholm. DUTIIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Organize and maintain stock in line with CHANEL expectations Be responsible for receiving and transferring stocks and repair items to/from Warehouse in an organized & timely manner Reporting all defective goods in the Boutique location and liaison with Boutique Team Maintain items in the stockroom, ensure they are kept in a safe, clean and organized manner Ensure the efficient and accurate price-tagging of merchandise is done Participate in the daily & monthly stock takes in the Boutique. Check and verify stock discrepancies. Maintain accurate record of Boutique inventory Able to wrap all items once the sales are closed by Fashion Advisor Maintain a clean and orderly wrapping area at all times Analyzing stock levels, sell through and slow sellers and following up with management. Manage special orders Manage the reservation according to procedure Providing After-Sales service Responding to incoming phone calls and emails received from CHANEL Clients regarding product requests, after-sales service, complaints, store hours, brand information and repair follow-ups Ensuring that customers’ needs and concerns are addressed efficiently and in a within a timely manner Following up on all assigned Client Service & After Sales Cases until the matter is closed Assisting the manager in the reporting of quality cases and general administration tasks; Working alongside the Fashion After Sales Team to coordinate repairs for clients. This includes coordinating the transfers to and from the external vendors and returning repaired items back to the boutique Conducting a repair follow up process for outstanding repairs and maintaining regular contact with Boutique staff and clients Support the boutique team Assisting floor staff on a day-to-day basis with any stock issues, running stock to the floor and stock replenishment Work with the boutique team to coordinate stock rotation processes Work with management and boutique team on all stock takes and cycle count processes Assist with clients on the shop floor and support the development of customer relationships, converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors by being a part of creating energy, excitement and desire around the product and brand Keep Fashion Advisors informed as to the status of their customers’ repair items – outgoing repairs, repair status update, completed repairs, spare parts order arrival etc. Build positive team relationships throughout the boutique to inspire trust and teamwork You Are Energized By The history and heritage of The House of CHANEL Being truly service minded and a part of a team effort Utilizing your service expertise to inspire others and seeing your contribution as a vital part of the Boutiques success Contributing to fostering a meaningful client experience centered around a high level of service Work effectively and efficiently within the team, sharing ideas and contributing to a positive morale Position Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of related experience, preferably within a similar role in the luxury or high-end fashion retail industry Self-driven, positive and independent person. Superior structure, organization skills and attention to detail with high level accuracy and efficiency. Ability to adapt to a changing environment and to cope with the urgency and the search for quick solutions. Willing to work retail hours, including some weekends when needed and asked for by Management. Physical requirements: able to bend, climb ladders, lift and move boxes up to 15kg and from time to time up to 25 kg. High degree of ethics and obsession with customer service and satisfaction. Fluent in Swedish and English, additional languages are a merit.
